• Solenoid Valve With Manual Bypass - VDHT

  The Nessie VDHT directional valves are pilot operated ON/OFF either operated by electric solenoid or by manual activation. The valves are prepared for optional mounting of a switch for possible electrical indication of manually open valve. In addition, there is a ¼” pressure and/or pressure switch at the out port for indication of open valve.

Solenoid valves are a simple solution for the control and regulation of fluids and gases. They are especially suited for:
• Media with low dirt content
• Moderate flow quantities
• Moderate differential pressure

Our range of solenoid valves include normally open, normally closed,  2 way, 3 way, 4 way and 5 port solenoid valves, WRAS water solenoid valves, ATEX EExd, EExia, EExm, EG (EN 161) gas, Nema, UL listed and CSA approved solenoid valves, air, gas, hot or cold water and oil solenoid valves, pilot operated solenoid valve, high pressure solenoid valve, steam solenoid valves, miniature, pinch and pulse solenoid valves. 
Most of our solenoid operated valves are available 12VDC, 24VDC and 12V, 24V, 110V, 120V, 220V, 230V, 240V, 380V and 415V AC 50Hz / 60Hz
Spare parts kits and coils are also available for most of our valve ranges.
Body materials include bronze, brass and stainless steel with many options on seals, NBR (nitrile), Viton and EPDM to name but a few.

We also carry ranges of externally operated and thermostatic valves from 1/2" to 4" bsp in size.

ASCO are probably one of the largest manufacturers of solenoid valves in the world. The company's product line includes over 50,000 solenoid valves and their range includes valves for petrol vending, pneumatic applications, gas (EN161) and oil industries, navy and marine.

Sirai valves include pinch, total isolation, micro and general purpose solenoid valves

Joucomatic Numatics range cover a broad range of pneumatic and motion control products for industrial applications from 2 port, 3 port, 5 port, piston and globe valves to micro air valves designed for miniature automation applications

The Danfoss industrial valve range covers general purpose to marine approved solenoid valves include direct acting, piloted diaphragm, zero differential piloted diaphragm and piloted piston type valves, vacuum to high pressure valves, thermostatic valves, refrigeration valves and pneumatically operated valves.



Danfoss also offer a range of WRAS (WRc) water approved solenoid valves from 1/8" up to 2" in size.

The Danfoss high pressure valves come under the Danfoss HPWS (Nessie) umbrella, which also markets stainless steel pumps, motors, nozzles, cylinders and power packs. 



The Danfoss VDHT valves are typically used in automatic car wash systems, street washer vehicles, stationary high-pressure cleaning units, snow making equipment and high pressure parts washing machines. The dirt tolerant design and the unique integrated valve manifold solution make these valves ideal for general usage in high pressure water applications.

Danfoss Nessie solenoid valves feature:
• Stainless steel valves body
• 5 valve port sizes with 1/4”, 3/8”, 1/2”, 3/4" and 1” port sizes 
• BSP and NPT pipe threads available
• Pressure ranges from  100, 140, 160 and 210 bar / 1450, 2000,  2300 and 3000 PSI depending on type 
• Fluid: water, seawater, water mixed with cleaning detergent, oil 
• Coned seat design with Teflon results in high dirt tolerance and no internal leakage  
• Medium and ambient temperature 2° – 80° C / 36°-176° F  (90°C/194° F with Viton seals)
• Comprehensive standard coil program with IP 67 enclosure.
